Productieregister

Elke imker is wettelijk verplicht om een ‘Productieregister’ bij te houden. Hierin noteert hij de gegevens die nodig zijn bij het volgen van zijn bedrijfsmethoden in het kader van de voedselveiligheid. Deze gegevens moet je 5 jaar bijhouden.

Ten voordele van onze leden hebben we het ‘Productieregister’ in ‘Word’ opgemaakt. Dit document is heel eenvoudig in te vullen en kan je zo nodig afprinten.
